The Spark: Designing a New Designer

After years in urban planning, I saw a need for a different kind of designer—more agile, more authentic, and more personally invested in the success of its clients. My goal was to build a practice defined not by corporate hierarchy, but by creative freedom, flexibility, and a direct, honest relationship with every client. The early days were a lesson in pure grit, but they solidified the principles that have guided us ever since. We believe in the power of great design to transform communities.

We've had the privilege of working across the country—from California to Maryland, New York to Florida—partnering with ambitious clients on complex challenges.
